  1. Echeverria et al. v. Johnson & Johnson et al., Case No. BC628228, Los Angeles Superior Court in California. The verdict included $70 million in compensatory damages and $347 million in punitive damages..
    2017 Plaintiff’s verdict in talc product liability case in the amount of $417,000,000
  2. Swann et al. v. Johnson & Johnson et al., Cause No. 1422-cc-09326, Division 10, Missouri Circuit Court, 22nd Judicial District (St. Louis). Johnson & Johnson and Imerys were ordered to pay Lois Slemp, a Virginia resident, who contracted ovarian cancer from her lifelong daily genital use of Baby Powder and Shower to Shower.

  3. Giannecchini v. Johnson & Johnson, Cause No. 1422-CC09012-01, Division 10, Missouri Circuit Court, 22nd Judicial District (St. Louis). Johnson & Johnson should pay compensatory damages and punishment award to the family of Deborah Giannecchini, who died of ovarian cancer after using Johnson’s baby powder and another talc-based product for years.
    2016 Plaintiff’s verdict in talc product liability case in amount of $70,075,000.
  4. Hogans v. Johnson & Johnson, 1422-CC09012-01, Circuit Court, St. Louis City, Missouri. Johnson & Johnson must pay $55 million to a 62-year-old South Dakota woman who blamed her ovarian cancer on the company’s talcum powder in the second such trial loss this year.
    2016 Plaintiff’s verdict in talc product liability case in amount of $55,000,000.
