BREAKING NEWS! Johnson & Johnson’s bankruptcy petition has officially been dismissed and the stay pausing all talcum powder litigation has been lifted. Now that the stay is lifted, we will proceed filing cases. Once a talcum powder ovarian cancer case is filed, we are under certain deadlines to submit the corresponding Plaintiff Profile Form (PPF). It is critical that our clients are responsive to our office’s requests for information; otherwise, your case, once filed, may be at risk of dismissal.  Beyond filing cases and submitting PPFs, we are actively working to determine next steps in this litigation, and will keep you updated as your lawsuit progresses.
