It’s always intimidating and scary to hire an attorney when you haven’t dealt with the legal profession very much. Of course, many of us have this pre-conceived notion of how the law works from watching television which is quickly squashed from the moment you start interacting with your attorney and their staff. Dealing with legalities could very easily become a nightmare for those of us trying to negotiate our way through the complexities of the legal profession when we are also at a vulnerable time in our life.
